Clare will lead an interactive discussion and share tools, practical experience and information on current programmes of support delivered through the Centre for Enterprise at MMU Business School.. Clare manages a portfolio of leadership development programmes, including the successful LEAD programme. She has a decade of experience of developing and growing businesses, their people and their leaders. She has designed and delivered a range of bespoke leadership and management development programmes aimed at both developing and established business leaders. In the last 3 years Clare hassupported 100 + business leaders to analyse and diagnose their leadership and management challenges and to identify sustainable strategies to improve their performance. Clare is an experienced educator and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
