Liz Mearns, founder of the Head Coach, a coaching and training company based in Cheshire is proving her commitment to lifelong learning by presenting 'Curiousity: An Interested View of the World', at the prestigious TEDxNantwich event in October.
A recent graduate of the Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme, Liz practised what she preaches and joined when she found that she needed help managing her business going through a big growth phase.
Liz credits the programme with giving her more confidence and clarity around her business, "I made a great network of friends on the programme and we all support and encourage one another to be successful, which has been great and unexpected. I now have a more focused approach to planning my business and targeting my ideal clients."
The Head Coach was founded to help overcome the challenges of life and works with many business leaders and professionals to change their mind-set and build resilience to change, crucial in today's challenging climates.
The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme still has a few places available for its last phase of training. For more information on the programme, please visit: mmu.ac.uk/centreforenterprise/CWBusinessGrowth
