It will provide a discussion between the audience and the panel on
• the impact that graduate migration behaviour has on productivity and the production of innovation in the service sector.
• the extent to which Universities can help the retention of graduates in an area.
• suggest useful policies measures that can help stimulate the rate of innovation through the link between firms’ propensity to innovate and the geographical density of human capital.
