Welcome to the LEAD programme at Manchester Metropolitan University. We have reached the end of our LEAD programme and are no longer accepting applications.

LEAD was a practical leadership journey for business leaders with 5-50 employees. We focused on enabling business owners to grow their business by building their leadership talent. LEAD met business owners, in their world, to work on their issues and to create the space they needed to leap into the future.

LEAD was a 10 month leadership development programme, which included Master Classes, Action Learning Sets, Coaching, Business Shadowing and Exchanges and Learning and Reflection.

Over the course of our time running LEAD, we have had the opportunity to work with first rate business owners. We have seen businesses grow and thrive and we have contributed to shaping and stimulating the economic growth of our delegates. LEAD has been an enjoyable experience and we hope that our delegates will continue to reap the benefits of the programme for years to come.
