Alison is the Centre's Project Manager and is responsible for the Financial and Management Information and monitoring of projects in the Centre for Enterprise.

She co-ordinates all projects to ensure they meet their projected targets, outputs and financial obligations. Alison has extensive experience of the creation and management of systems to enable the effective monitoring of projects and expenditure and the tracking of project participants. She works pro-actively with the project delivery team to ensure that management information informs the management of quality and that projects are conducted on best value for money.

Alison graduated from MMU in 1998 with a BA (Hons) History and Politics.
