The core area of Paula's responsibility is in developing relationships to facilitate knowledge transfer activities and to mobilise new projects and services the Centre for Enterprise provides. She is particularly interested in making on the ground relationships happen between the Centre and regional, national and international public and private sector organisations.

She brings 18 years experience of business and enterprise development aligned to personal and organisational performance with direct experience of small business ownership. Excited by the talent that exists within the Centre, Paula wants to play a part in helping to commercialise and mainstream innovative thinking into the small firms environment. Paula is currently completing her Masters in research and her personal research interest is in small firms and public sector procurement.
