Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs to Learn and Experienced Entrepreneurs to Mentor
MMU is working as part of a European partnership to help promote innovative small business start-ups, specifically in the food, hospitality and tourism sector. Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (No upper age limit - Open to people with a new business idea and businesses within first 3 years of trading) is a cross-border EU exchange programme, which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other European Union countries.
The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small company.
We are currently looking for young entrepreneurs to take up this great opportunity and also for host entrepreneurs to welcome the business leaders of tomorrow from across Europe to help guide their development.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is an exchange programme for entrepreneurs, financed by the European Union.You will get the opportunity to work alongside an experienced host entrepreneur in another European Union country and strengthen the skills you need to develop your business. Your stay abroad can last between one and six months.

As a would-be or newly established entrepreneur, you can find yourself at crossroads. You need first hand guidance. On-the-job training with an experienced entrepreneur will help answer your questions and prepare you to run your own company successfully.
