Responsibilities

Brian is presently working on the ERDF funded Leaderhip and Management project. He is responsible for developing a sector specific leadership and management evaluation tool for the leaders and managers who take part on the project's leadership and management programme.

Background

Prior to joining Manchester Metropolitan University he worked for British Gas as a Gas Distribution Engineer whilst also acting as a lay trade union official. His research interests include Research Methodology and trade union organisation.
