Thesis Title: The Process of Break out in New Generation Chinese Businesses
Research will be carried out to determine factors that cause and prohibit new generation Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises (CSMEs) in the UK from 'breaking out'. A second aim will be to analyse in what ways these factors are similar to, or distinct from, those influencing break out in other ethnic minority business. This will enable the development of theory about factors specific to break out in CSMEs and ensure the research contributes to theory about break out more generally.
