Background

Rachael completed a BA(Hons) in Business Enterprise at MMUBS in 2005, and is also a Registered Nurse with experience of working in the NHS. Her main research interest is on the topic of Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management. She is looking to combine her academic knowledge of business enterprise and entrepreneurship with her working knowledge of the NHS for her PhD study. Her current focus is on the relationship of organizational learning with organizational performance. She is especially interested in studying organizations with workforces comprised of multiple disciplines. Her other research interests include topics associated with learning and innovation: Absorptive Capacity, Intrapreneurship, and Social Learning.
