Background
Robert Lee is in the final year of an ESRC funded 1 + 3 PhD studentship at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. He is particularly interested in researching the nature and dynamics of social capital and social networks in organizational studies from a critical realist perspective. In addition, he is interested in evaluating managerial socialisation tactics and leadership traits. He has gained a degree in business and entrepreneurship, masters degree in international business analysis and masters degree in research methodology.
