Leading Edge
The ERDF project's aim is to improve the competitiveness of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in the Financial and Professional Service (F&PS) sector. Specificaly for the project, an innovative leadership and management diagnostic tool called LEADING EDGE has been developed. It will contribute to employment growth by improving the competitiveness of SMEs. This will be achieved through: - Action Learning - Focus on Self Awareness - Strategic Space - Practical Information by expert speaker.

Target Market
The programme is aimed at LEADERS and MANAGERS in SMEs within the Financial and Professional Services sector, which include accountants, the legal profession, architects, quantity surveyors, advertising, market research, public relations, consultancies and financial services.
