Supporting knowledge recognition, development and exchange
We use a range of different techniques to support knowledge recognition, development and exchange within and between organisations. This includes working with large private and public sector bodies and with third sector organisations.
Researching the impact of fragmented culture on knowledge exchange within an organisation and ways in which this can be overcome for more effective knowledge sharing and innovation.
Researching the importance of soft skills and relationship factors in international alliances if knowledge exchange is to occur.
Facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge exchange in business associations, working to develop their international profile. Third sector knowledge sharing and creation via Knowledge Roundtables held with Groundwork UK.
Developing new masters level programmes in knowledge exchange and business engagement for Knowledge Transfer professionals working in research and other organisations.
Developing a pathway to doctoral level through the DBA programme.
We are currenlty hosting a number of events called Tea with The Prof. These provide excellent opportunites for Knowledge exchange, our first event was held on the 28th April and was a huge success. Please click here to take a look at the video and to find out more.
