Supporting knowledge recognition, development and exchange
We use a range of different techniques to support knowledge recognition, development and exchange within and between organisations. This includes working with large private and public sector bodies and with third sector organisations.
Researching
• the impact of fragmented culture on knowledge exchange within an organisation and ways in which this can be overcome for more effective knowledge sharing and innovation.
• the importance of soft skills and relationship factors in international alliances if knowledge exchange is to occur.
Research Council Work
• ESRC Knowledge Exchange Fellowship to work with groundwork UK on models of enterprise emerging through their community activities
• ESRC Knowledge Exchange Fellowship to explore demonstration of social return on investment in micro-providers

Facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge exchange in business associations, working to develop their international profile. Third sector knowledge sharing and creation via Knowledge Roundtables held with Groundwork UK. We are currenlty hosting a number of events called Tea with The Prof. These provide excellent opportunites for Knowledge exchange, our first event was held on the 28th April and was a huge success.
