Leading Edge

A £1.3 million leadership and management development programme with the leaders of 82 small and medium sized enterprises in the Financial and Professional services sector. The programme provided access to the latest thinking on leadership and management through a series of inspirational master classes and action learning, embedding new skills and contributing £3.6 million to the North West economy and creating 77 new jobs.

LEAD Programme

We are currently delivering the LEAD Programme and will be working with the leaders of 125 small and medium sized businesses over the next three years. North West business leaders – LEAD leadership grants

Grant for LEAD

We act as the broker between Manchester City Council and the LEAD provider network of thirteen public and private sector organisations. Our role is to award grants to eligible Manchester based firms who may otherwise have not been able to access the programme.
