William is qualified as a Chartered Architect, and is principally responsible for the operational management of the companies ‘Tied’ Estate and Strategic Property and financial aspect of the business

William is a trustee of Pub is the Hub (PiTH) and sits on the Welsh and Cumbrian/North West Regional Action Groups for PiTH.

At a national level, he is chair of BBPA Property Panel and sits on the steering group for the All Parliamentary Beer Group.
